As the former President of the Association of Nigerians in Nova Scotia and Public Relations Officer for Africans in the Diaspora, he has consistently amplified the voices of underrepresented communities. Recognized by the Nova Scotia Legislative House in 2024 for his exemplary leadership, Adegoke has also been featured on CBC News and Global News, sharing his impactful work in healthcare recruitment, food security, and community-building initiatives.
